职位一：Localization for Water baffle, Airduct, PRV, Coolant hose

1.
Task and objective:

•
Lead the
localization projects;

•
Evaluate and verify supplier results, Ensure part maturity and part
readiness;

•
Assist Pilot plant try outs and series productions of Mercedes-Benz cars
at the production plant with technical support and profound knowledge;

•
Support of the on-time introduction of local and import parts for the
current and future Mercedes-Benz projects in China;

•
Ensure component functional tests are conducted according to the
specifications, evaluate the results and complete the release process;

•
Ensure the component change management and documentation are well
maintained.

•
Ensure Component Certification and homologation must fulfil the Chinese
market and regulation requirements.

•
Support the team on daily business such as testing coordination and
others per needs.

2. Qualification
requirements of individual contractors:

•
Proven expertise and capabilities in passenger car development and the
respective component group. At least 3 years’ experience in automotive industry
and component development and localization in the form of interior

•
Work experience of interior components development and localization, CAD
Siemens NX

•
Understand MDS process/ localization process/change management process
of Mercedes-benz

•
Understand Dialog/Smaragd/ACM/Start system

•
Experience on common IT tools: MS Office, Outlook, Siemens NX

•
Chinese native speaker with fluent English language in spoken and
written and high management presentation skills.

•
Self‐responsibility, team player and good communication skills.

职位二：Development of Coolant hose

1.
Task and objective:

职位三：Testing support of Thermal comfort& cooling system.

1.
Task and objective:

Ensure on-site trouble shooting ,record the abnormal phenomenon and
execute initial analysis. Convey basic information to MB China and Germany.

2. Qualification
requirements of individual contractors:

·
Proven expertise and capabilities in passenger car development and the
respective component group. At least 3 years’ experience in automotive industry
and component development and localization in the form of work package,
covering interior, exterior, EE, thermal management.

·
Work experience of interior, exterior, EE, thermal management components
development and localization, CAD, EE diagnostic& troubleshooting &
vehicle level EE testing (incl. CAN FD/Ethernet bus measurement).

·
The trouble-shooting capability in EE scope requires candidates onboard
with necessary knowhow,

·
e.g. understanding communication and diagnostic protocol (CAN, LIN, ETH,
UDS, XCP), experience with Vector toolchain (CANoe, CANape, CANdela);Understand
how to read and use E/E architecture topology; with knowledge of WH schematic
and modulization, experience with WH development/ localization

·
Experience on common IT tools: MS Office, Outlook, Siemens NX, EE
diagnose tools (CANape, CANoe, CANdela ,Monaco (DTS9)

·
For some service package, at least HV1 certificates is required (service
holder shall consider the demand and cost by themselves)

·
Chinese native speaker with fluent English language in spoken and
written and high management presentation skills.
