Key Responsibilities include:
- Drive business development within the Automotive, Industrial sectors, selling Akkodis’s Engineering and Technology Consulting services.
- Manage Client relationships, creating and maintaining a “happy Client” and assuring steady business growth and profitability gains of your Client accounts.
- Negotiate and fulfill Client contracts. Assure the quality of project deliverables.
- Establish an extensive network of relevant industry contacts in R&D and Manufacturing Engineering in China’s Automotive and Industrial sectors.
- Participate in the full recruitment cycle, from creating JDs aligned with Client needs, through profile selection, interviews, qualification meetings, and onboarding and project integration.

Key Qualifications:
- University degree in Business or Engineering a must. An MBA or Master of Engineering a plus.
- Proven access to decision-makers in the Automotive, IT digital and Aerospace sectors a must.
- 3+ years working experience selling Engineering services a plus. - Excellent interpersonal skills and business acumen.
- A self-starter, with consistent “can-do” spirit, able to work independently but also highly collaborative.
- Fluent Japanese is must, and fluency in English is preferred.
