Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Tetr’s China Market Launch: Own and drive end-to-end operations for Tetr’s
growth in the region, ensuring seamless execution and integration.
2. Strategic Partnerships: Build, scale, and nurture B2B partnerships with high schools,
counselors, and study-abroad agencies, positioning Tetr as the top choice for students.
3. Brand Representation: Represent Tetr at top education fairs, institutional visits, and
key regional events to ensure our mission and values are strongly represented.
4. Team Leadership: Hire, train, and manage a high-performing local team, aligning
their efforts with Tetr’s global vision while fostering a collaborative environment.
5. Brand Custodian: Act as the guardian of Tetr’s brand in China, ensuring brand
integrity and positioning aligns with our global standards.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with global admissions, marketing, and strategy teams to tailor and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies and initiatives in China.
Who You Are
1. Location: Based in Shanghai or Beijing with strong knowledge of the region
2. Fluent in: Mandarin and English
3. Networked: You have established relationships with high school counselors, education consultants, and key industry players across China
4. Experienced: 5–6 years in student recruitment or international admissions, with a proven track record
5. Leadership-Oriented: Confident, target-driven, adaptable, and capable of thriving in fast-paced, cross-border environments
Preferred Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Management, or related fields
2. Experience working in global undergraduate admissions programs
3. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive GTM strategies
