As a logistics specialist, you will be responsible for day-to-day domestic and international logistics documentation and actively coordinate matters between factories, regional warehouses and shipping companies. According to the requirements, prepare transportation materials and import and export declaration documents, arrange international transportation, etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

职责：

--- Familiar with the documents required in the import and export process, and can independently issue customs declaration and customs clearance documents

熟悉进出口过程中所需要的文件，并能独立制作报关与清关的文件；

--- Communicate with suppliers and collect all kinds of shipping documents required for shipment；

与供应商沟通以及收集出运时所需要的各类出运文件；

-- Coordinate shipments with other departments；

与其他部门协调出运事宜；

--- Manage and control the logistics timeliness, responsible for logistics exception handling, claim processing, order tracking, etc;

对物流时效进行管理与控制，负责物流异常处理，索赔处理，订单跟踪等；

--- Responsible for the management of domestic warehousing and transportation service providers, and integrate existing warehousing and transportation resources;

负责国内仓储及运输服务商的管理。整合现有的仓储及运输资源；

--- Understand the market dynamics of the industry, formulate reasonable shipping strategies, and avoid shipment risks;

了解行业市场动态，制定合理出货策略，规避出货风险；

--- Give correct instructions to the warehouse, and regularly check with the warehouse to check the situation of the goods in the warehouse;

下达正确的指令给仓库，定期与仓库盘点核实在仓物品情况；

--- Coordinate work between factories, warehouses and shipping;

协调工厂、各个仓库以及船运之间的工作；

--- Responsible for the operation management of warehousing and distribution, as well as the application management of warehouse distribution management system;

负责仓储、配送的运营管理，以及仓配管理系统的应用管理；

REQUIREMENTS:

岗位要求：

--- College degree or above, major in logistics, transportation, warehousing and other related majors;

大专以上学历，物流、运输、仓储等相关专业；

--- More than 3 years of international transportation experience, more than 1 year of logistics work experience;

3年以上国际运输经验，1年以上物流岗位工作经验；

--- Familiar with international cargo transportation, as well as import and export customs;

熟悉国际货物运输，以及进出口关务；

--- Experienced in cooperation and daily operation with 3PL warehouses and being familiar with the communication, the processes and haw to run daily business with an external warehouse service provider;

具备有与仓库的合作和日常运营方面的经验，熟悉与外部仓库服务提供商的沟通，流程和日常业务；

--- Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills;

具有较强的数据分析和解决问题的能力；

--- Advantage working in trading company and/or buying office;

有贸易公司或者跨国采购办事处物流部经验优先；

--- Warehouse management experience related to the integration of warehousing and distribution is preferred;

仓配一体相关的仓储管理经验优先考虑；

--- Experience in bonded warehouse operation is preferred;

有保税仓操作经验者优先；

--- Good cross-departmental communication skills；

--- Familiar with office software；

熟练应用办公室软件；

--- Good English reading and writing skills；
