Job Responsibilities

岗位职责：

1. You oversee and coordinate the entire project process and strategic development of hardware and electronic products from the first sketch to production release in collaboration with the team

2. You act as project manager between design, development, marketing, purchasing, and management

3. Modern design briefings and manufacturing specifications come easily to you

4. You handle price calculations and align with management

5. You are in close contact with product manufacturing in China

6. You are familiar with creating professional 2D/3D visualizations

7. You continuously keep an eye on current trends and competitors in the market to ensure we consistently develop state-of-the-art solutions

8. You support the further development of internal processes and design standards

- 统筹协调硬件及电子产品的全流程项目工作与战略开发，从初稿设计到生产交付全程与团队协作

- 担任设计、研发、市场、采购及管理层之间的项目经理角色

- 熟练制定现代设计任务书与生产规格书

- 负责成本核算并与管理层达成共识

- 与中国生产基地保持密切沟通

- 擅长制作专业的2D/3D产品可视化方案

- 持续关注市场趋势与竞品动态，确保开发尖端解决方案

- 推动内部流程与设计标准的优化升级

Job Requirements

任职要求:

- You have a university degree in industrial/product design, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or a comparable education

- Several years of experience (at least 5 years) in the development of hardware products and the management of development processes

- You are a creative mind with a structured working style and a high level of creative and technical understanding

- You bring a lot of empathy and a sense for aesthetic design close to the user experience

- You are experienced in the development and design of technical products

- You feel at home using CAD systems (preferably Rhino)

- Fluent English skills are a must-have, good German skills are a plus

- The ability to analyze development processes and continuously optimize them to increase efficiency

- Experience in using modern tools and methods for project organization

- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic market environment

- Independent, structured way of working and resilience even under time pressure

- Willingness to travel completes your profile (especially regular visits to the main office in Berlin)

- 精通CAD系统（Rhino优先）

- 英语流利为必备条件，德语良好者优先

- 能分析开发流程并持续优化以提升效率

- 具备现代化项目管理工具及方法的运用经验

- 适应动态市场环境的灵活性与应变力

- 在时间压力下仍能保持自主性、条理性与抗压能力

- 接受出差（需定期前往柏林总部）
