About the job: As a warehouse manager, you will be have the ownership for warehouse operations, be responsible for establishment of efficient and harmonized end-to-end workflow in our worldwide located 3PL warehouse locations. Communication and close collaboration with different external internal stakeholders in our locations worldwide is part of the daily business, same as overseeing daily operations, solving daily challenges, controlling and monitoring of KPIs and continuous optimization and improvement of warehouses operations. You will support capacity planning. carry out weekly and monthly reporting order.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for monitoring and management of the daily affairs, coordinate and solution finding between service provider and functional departments; incl. inbound, outbound, stock management, collaboration with responsible stakeholder dealing with shipping, import, export and compliance. 负责日常运营事务的监督与管理，协调服务提供商与各职能部门之间的工作对接并提供解决方案，具体职责涵盖入库管理、出库管理、库存管控，以及与负责运输、进出口和合规事宜的相关方进行协作配合

Job Requirements:
- College degree or above, major in logistics, transportation, warehousing and other related majors; 大专以上学历，物流、运输、仓储等相关专业；
- More than 5 years of international logistics work experience, more than 2 year of warehouse management work experience;5年以上物流工作经验，2年以上仓库管理岗位工作经验；
- Familiar with international bulk cargo and cross-border small parcel transportation, as well as import and export customs issues; 熟悉物流管理、仓储管理等方面的工作流程；
- Experienced in cooperation and daily operation with 3PL warehouses and being familiar with the communication, the processes and haw to run daily business with an external warehouse service provider;具备有与仓库的合作和日常运营方面的经验，熟悉与外部仓库服务提供商的沟通，流程和日常业务；
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills;具有较强的数据分析和解决问题的能力；
