About the Job: As a Quality Specialist, you will be responsible for quality control and management within the beauty and medical device business. You will ensure compliance with global quality standards, conduct on-site inspections, and manage documentation related to quality control activities. Your role will also involve collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve quality issues and improve processes.

- Document quality control activities and communicate with stakeholders

- Use checklists and templates to comply with globally defined processes

- Maintain detailed records of testing, certificates, and product metrics

- Summarize product quality issues and push relevant departments to resolve them in a timely manner

- Manage workload and deadlines by defining priorities

- Conduct on-site inspections, including factory audits and product checks

JOB REQUIREMENTS 岗位要求：
- Minimum 5 years of experience in graphic production
具备5年以上的图形制作经验
- University degree and quality certifications
大学学历和质量认证
- Understanding of ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards
了解ISO 9001和ISO 13485标准
- Experience in supporting audits and good manufacturing practices
有支持审核和良好生产规范的经验
- Strong understanding of quality control standards, documentation, and testing procedures
对质量控制标准、文档和测试程序有深刻理解
- Ability to identify quality issues and ensure accurate record-keeping
能够识别质量问题并确保准确的记录保存
- Effective communication skills with internal teams and stakeholders

- Experience in on-site inspections, audits, and evaluating production sites
有现场检查、审核和评估生产现场的经验
- Fluent English is required
