Job duties:
-Supports the program director in the operational leadership, student-management systems, community relations, and external representation of department.
-Oversee the coordination of teaching, marketing,admissions and administrative departments to ensure efficient operations.
-Planning and implementation of DSE curriculum, ordering text books and other teaching materials.
-Focus on improving students academic performance, lead the teaching team in analyzing exam points, optimize teaching methods, track student learning outcomes, and ensure the delivery of strong learning results
-Support the program director in staff well-being, communication systems, and the maintenance of a positive staff culture and morale
-Upload the highest standards of professionalism, child safeguarding, conduct, and care across all school operations.
-Serves as a University Guidance Counselor, fully responsible for the overall planning and guidance of students' applications
Qualification:
-A minimum of an undergraduate degree
-Strong daily operational coordination
-Capable of effectively coordinating teaching activities and ensuring teaching quality
-High quality student care and behavioral standards
-Knowledge of DSE curricula and the context of university admission from a high-performing international school
