职位描述

1. Responsible on UIUX of ADAS driving and parking within next generation Android-based Head Unit and infotainment software solution from defining user experience to SOP that meets the BMW customers' premium standards.

2. Create concepts ustilized UX methodologies utilized by user journey maps, storyboards, and prototyping tools to communicate design rationale and iterate rapidly based on feedback. Optimize concept designs through usability study, cross-check of concept consistency within UX community, concept alignment regarding ui lib components/custom components, permanent point of contact for HMI implementation team, participation in testing and bug fixing loops.
3. Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate technical constraints and user scenarios into actionable interaction design solutions.
4. Partner with global teams to align UX principle, design languages, address cross-cultural user needs, and maintain consistent experience standards. Lead design reviews, synthesize feedback from diverse stakeholders, and balance technical, business, and user experience goals.

职位要求

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Information Technology or other related majors.
2. 1-3 years of interaction design experience, preferably in autonomous driving, smart cockpit, or automotive HMI projects.
3. Extended Knowledge and deep understanding in development of Android HMI systems.
4. English communication (oral and written) skills.
5. Team and communication skills.
6. Design System experience is preferred.
