Key Responsibilities
Procurement & Domestic Purchasing
• Manage domestic procurement activities to support headquarters and Dubai-based operations.
• Execute local market purchases in line with approved budgets, quality standards, and timelines.
• Source and negotiate with local suppliers to achieve competitive pricing and favorable terms.
• Handle urgent and routine purchase requests to ensure business continuity.
• Coordinate bulk purchases and recurring supply requirements for cost efficiency.
Supply Chain & Logistics Coordination
• Manage end-to-end supply chain activities from headquarters to Dubai delivery points.
• Coordinate with logistics partners, transporters, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Track shipments and deliveries, resolving delays or supply disruptions proactively.
• Support inventory planning and replenishment to avoid stock shortages or
overstocking.
• Coordinate inter-location transfers where required to optimize inventory utilization.
Vendor & Documentation Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and service providers.
• Ensure accurate and complete documentation for purchase orders, invoices, delivery notes, and GRNs.
• Maintain procurement records, pricing databases, and supplier performance data.
• Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and supply chain procedures.
Reporting & Process Improvement
• Track purchase orders, delivery status, and cost performance.
• Provide regular procurement and supply chain reports to management.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost optimization, and efficiency gains.
• Support audits and internal reviews related to procurement and supply chain
operations.
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor‘s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Procurement or supply chain certifications are an advantage.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in domestic procurement or supply chain operations.
• Experience managing local suppliers and logistics coordination.
