主要职责 / Key Responsibilities
课程教学与交付 / Curriculum Delivery:

负责A-Level（CAIE考试局）经济学课程的全英文或双语授课。

制定并实施专业且高效的教学计划、课程材料和评估方案。

Deliver the A-Level (CAIE) Economics curriculum in full English or bilingual mode.

Develop and implement professional and effective lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessment schemes.

学生评估与支持 / Student Assessment & Support:

定期评估学生学习进度，提供及时、建设性的反馈。

为学生提供个性化的学术指导和备考支持，确保其取得理想成绩。

定期批改作业和试卷，分析学生表现以优化教学策略。

Regularly evaluate student progress and provide timely, constructive feedback.

Offer personalized academic guidance and exam preparation support to help students achieve desired results.

Grade assignments and past papers, and analyze student performance to enhance teaching strategies.

课堂管理与发展 / Classroom Management & Development:

营造积极向上、包容多元的双语学习环境，促进学术探索。

培养学生对经济学的兴趣，引导其将经济理论与现实问题相结合。

积极参与教研会议、课程开发和学校活动。

Foster a positive and inclusive bilingual learning environment that promotes academic inquiry.

Cultivate students' interest in economics and guide them to connect economic theories with real-world issues.

Actively participate in departmental meetings, curriculum development, and school events.


任职要求 / Qualifications & Requirements
学历 / Education:

经济学或相关领域的本科及以上学历，硕士学历者优先。

Bachelor's degree or above in Economics or a related field. Master's degree is preferred.

经验 / Experience:

至少3年A-Level经济学教学经验，熟悉主流考试局的课程大纲和考评标准。

有双语教学经验或在国际学校/中心的工作经验者优先。

Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in A-Level Economics, with familiarity of exam board's syllabus and assessment criteria.

Experience in bilingual teaching or working in an international school/center is highly desirable.

技能与能力 / Skills & Competencies:

双语能力： 中文和英语均需流利，具备用双语进行学术概念讲解和沟通的能力。

深厚的学科知识： 对微观经济学、宏观经济学及全球经济有深刻理解。

出色的教学技巧： 能够运用多样化的教学方法激发不同背景和学习风格的学生。

Excellent Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English, with the ability to explain academic concepts and communicate effectively in both languages.

Strong Subject Knowledge: Deep understanding of Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, and the global economy.

Outstanding Teaching Skills: Ability to employ diverse teaching methodologies to engage students with different backgrounds and learning styles.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
