1. 产品介绍：锚点负责展示、介绍和演示各种产品或商品，包括其特性、功能和使用方法，以吸引关注者购买。
2. 直播销售: 在直播过程中，主播实时推广和销售产品，激发关注者的购买欲望，并提供购买链接或相关的促销信息。
3. 专业知识: 电子商务主播需要对所推广的产品有全面的了解， 能够根据产品特性提供专业的解释和建议， 并向关注者提供购买指导。
4. 沟通与互动：主持人需要与观众进行互动，回答他们的问题，解决他们的顾虑，并与他们建立良好的互动关系，以增强购买意愿。
5. 市场营销规划: 主持人可能需要参与市场营销活动的规划和执行， 制定促销计划， 活动方案， 并增加销售量和品牌曝光度。
6. 数据分析：锚手需要分析销售数据，理解并评估销售状况、用户反馈和市场需求，并通过数据分析来优化销售策略和计划。
7. 品牌合作：与品牌合作，以推广和销售产品、增加品牌曝光度和销售渠道，从而实现双赢的结果。
8. 粉丝维护：博主需要与粉丝保持良好的关系，提供高质量的服务和购物体验，提升粉丝的忠诚度和重复购买率。
资格与要求:
1. 流利的英语口语，强大的语言表达能力和镜头表现力。
2. 良好的工作态度，团队合作精神，自信且充满热情，精力充沛，具有较强的演说能力或感染力，同时具备一定程度的现场控制能力。
3. 有锚点或销售经验者优先。
4. 熟练使用办公软件，擅长总结。
薪资结构:
工作时间：08:00-16:00，坐4-6小时（包括4小时的直播时间）。
底薪8-15k + 佣金，每月潜在收入总额：20,000+人民币。
1. Product introduction: Anchors are responsible for showcasing, introducing, and demonstrating various products or goods, including features, functions, and uses to attract followers to purchase.
2. Live sales: During live broadcasts, anchors promote and sell products in real time, stimulating followers' purchase desires and providing purchase links or related promotional information.
3. Professional knowledge: E-commerce anchors need to have a full understanding of the products being promoted, be able to provide professional explanations and recommendations based on product features, and offer purchasing guidance to followers.
4. Communication and interaction: Anchors need to interact with viewers, answer their questions, address concerns, and build a good interactive relationship with them to increase purchase intentions.
5. Marketing planning: Anchors may need to participate in the planning and execution of marketing activities, develop promotional plans, event schemes, and increase sales volume and brand exposure.
6. Data analysis: Anchors need to analyze sales data, understand and evaluate sales situations, user feedback, and market demand, and optimize sales strategies and plans through data analysis.
7. Brand cooperation: Collaborate with brands to promote and sell products, increase brand exposure, and sales channels, achieving win-win results.
8. Fan maintenance: Anchors need to maintain good relationships with followers, provide high-quality service and shopping experiences, increase follower loyalty and repeat purchase rates.
Qualifications & Requirements:
1. Fluent spoken English, strong language expression ability and lens expressiveness,
2. Good working attitude, teamwork spirit, confident and enthusiastic with energy, strong oratorical ability or power of infection, with a certain degree of field control ability.
3. Anchor or sales experience is preferred.
4. Skilled in office software, good at summarizing.
