Job Responsibilities:
1. Product introduction: Anchors are responsible for showcasing, introducing, and demonstrating various products or goods, including features, functions, and uses to attract followers to purchase.
2. Live sales: During live broadcasts, anchors promote and sell products in real time, stimulating followers' purchase desires and providing purchase links or related promotional information.
3. Professional knowledge: E-commerce anchors need to have a full understanding of the products being promoted, be able to provide professional explanations and recommendations based on product features, and offer purchasing guidance to followers.
4. Communication and interaction: Anchors need to interact with viewers, answer their questions, address concerns, and build a good interactive relationship with them to increase purchase intentions.
5. Marketing planning: Anchors may need to participate in the planning and execution of marketing activities, develop promotional plans, event schemes, and increase sales volume and brand exposure.
6. Data analysis: Anchors need to analyze sales data, understand and evaluate sales situations, user feedback, and market demand, and optimize sales strategies and plans through data analysis.
7. Brand cooperation: Collaborate with brands to promote and sell products, increase brand exposure, and sales channels, achieving win-win results.
8. Fan maintenance: Anchors need to maintain good relationships with followers, provide high-quality service and shopping experiences, increase follower loyalty and repeat purchase rates.
Qualifications & Requirements:
1. Fluent spoken English, strong language expression ability and lens expressiveness, native English speaker is preferred.
2. Good working attitude, teamwork spirit, confident and enthusiastic with energy, strong oratorical ability or power of infection, with a certain degree of field control ability.
3. Anchor or sales experience is preferred.
4. Skilled in office software, good at summarizing.

5. 营销策划:主播需要参与营销活动的规划和执行,制定推广计划、活动方案,并增加销售量和品牌曝光度。
6. 数据分析:主播需要通过数据分析来剖析销售数据,理解并评估销售状况、用户反馈和市场需求,并通过数据分析优化销售策略和计划。
7. 品牌合作:与品牌合作,共同推广和销售产品,增加品牌曝光度,拓宽销售渠道,实现双赢结果。
资格与要求:
1. 流利的英语口语,强大的语言表达能力和镜头表现力。
2. 良好的工作态度,团队合作精神,自信且充满热情,具备强大的演说能力或感染力,并具有一定程度的现场掌控能力。
3. 有直播或销售经验者优先。
4. 熟练使用办公软件,擅长总结。
工作时间:8-16点,每天直播4小时,做六休一
薪资结构:8~12K底薪+提成,具体面试决定,入职购买五险一金
