We are recruiting part-time online IELTS teachers to work with motivated learners preparing for academic and general IELTS exams.
Requirements
- IELTS Band 8 or above in Speaking and/or Writing
- Strong understanding of IELTS band descriptors, especially for Speaking and Writing
- Ability to teach all four skills (Listening, Reading, Writing, Speaking), with a clear strength in Speaking and Writing
- Clear, accurate English with confident classroom presence
- Reliable internet connection and ability to teach online
- Prior IELTS teaching experience preferred
Teaching Focus
- Speaking: fluency, coherence, pronunciation, idea development, band improvement strategies
- Writing: task response, coherence and cohesion, lexical resource, grammatical range and accuracy
- Supporting students across all four IELTS skills, with targeted feedback and correction
Role Details
- Part-time, fully online
- One-to-one and small-group classes
- Students are primarily based in Asia
- Flexible scheduling (peak demand mornings/evenings China time)
- Teaching materials and lesson frameworks provided (teachers are expected to adapt and personalise)
