质量工程师 / Quality Engineer (Intermediate & Senior)

薪资范围 / Salary: RMB 10,000 – 18,000 / month（based on qualification）

Intermediate: 2-4年经验 / 2-4 years experience

Senior: 4-5年经验 / 4–5 years experience

岗位职责 / Responsibilities

你将成为“标准”与“执行”之间的桥梁，确保我们的产品符合国际质量规范，顺利交付全球客户。你不需要检查每一件产品，但你需要确保每一件产品都能合格出货。

You will act as the bridge between standards and execution, ensuring every product shipped meets international quality requirements. While you won’t inspect every item yourself, you will ensure that every item is ready to ship in compliance.

n 监督、培训并支持质检员团队
Supervise, train, and support a team of QC inspectors

n 审核检验报告、尺寸数据、MTC 材质证明等技术文件
Review inspection reports, dimensional data, and MTC (Material Test Certificates)

n 确保卡尺、PMI枪、硬度计、超声波等检测工具正确使用
Ensure accurate usage of calipers, PMI device, hardness testers, ultrasonic devices, etc.

n 主导质量问题分析、纠正措施制定及持续改进工作
Lead root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement efforts

n 维护并优化质量管理体系（ISO 9001）
Maintain and improve the ISO 9001 quality management system

n 确保所有检验和流程符合 EN、ASTM、ASME 等国际标准
Ensure compliance with EN, ASTM, ASME, and other international standards

n 与内部各部门及外部供应商保持清晰专业的沟通
Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams and external suppliers

我们希望你具备 / What We’re Looking For

n 机械工程（加工方向）、冶金或材料工程相关专业
Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Machining), Metallurgy, or Materials Engineering

n 有工业管道、石化、化工或汽车零部件等行业的质量检验经验
Experience in QC/QA within pipeline, petrochemical, chemical, or auto parts industries

n 至少3年质量相关工作经验，具备带队或管理经验者优先
Minimum 3 years of experience in quality roles; team leadership is a strong plus

n 熟悉 ISO 9001 体系，了解国际质量标准及常见材料规范
Familiar with ISO 9001, international standards, and material requirements

n 沟通风格清晰直接，具备较强执行力和责任心
Direct communication style with strong ownership and execution skills

n 熟练中文，具备英文读写能力，可处理英文质保文件
Proficient in Chinese, able to read and draft basic English quality documents

n 拥有持续改善意识（Kaizen），关注质量流程优化
Mindset for continuous improvement (Kaizen) and process optimization
