该职位负责供应商管理、成本优化及合规审查，确保产品符合质量和法规标准，推动全球供应链的可持续发展。
This role is responsible for supplier quality, cost optimization, and compliance auditing to ensure product and factory standards meet regulatory and quality expectations in our global supply chain.

岗位职责 / Responsibilities

n 审核供应商资质与生产流程，确保合规性
Audit supplier facilities and processes to ensure compliance

n 监督供应商质量体系，推动改进计划
Monitor and improve supplier quality systems

n 通过成本优化方案为公司节约采购成本
Deliver cost-saving initiatives in sourcing and operations

n 管理供应商绩效评估及分类管理
Manage supplier performance evaluation and segmentation

n 协助导入新供应商，控制风险
Assist with onboarding new suppliers and risk management

n 优化仓库效率: Optimize warehouse process

任职要求 / Requirements

n 本科及以上学历，供应链或相关专业(有欧洲/日本车企的工作经验优先）
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Engineering, or related field (experience in traditional fuel car companies from Europe /Japan/Korea is strongly preferred)

n 2年以上相关工作经验
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

n 熟悉质量体系（如ISO 9001）及合规要求
Familiar with quality systems such as ISO 9001 and compliance standards

n 具备较强成本意识及跨部门协调能力
Strong cost awareness and cross-functional communication

n 英文读写良好，能处理英文资料
Good command of English in reading and writing

n 2年以上国际汽车公司经验（如Bosch、ZF、Faurecia、Magna等）

• 熟悉ISO 9001 / IATF 16949体系及供应商审核流程

• 有实际参与过供应商审核、整改追踪、成本分析项目

• 能使用Excel进行数据分析与报告

• 会看英文资料，能写基础英文报告, 英语口语好

• 仅有国内汽车品牌经验（比亚迪、吉利、长城等）

• 仅从事办公室采购、文职助理、行政类工作

• 从未参与过工厂审核或质量整改追踪

• 无基本供应商判断能力、无法协调质检人员工作
