岗位职责:
1、独立跟进家纺类产品订单全流程，精准把控生产进度，高效协调订单执行各环节突发问题，保障交付时效与质量；
2、精准对接海外客户需求，做好产品报价、样品寄送、订单洽谈等工作，统筹备货、报关、物流等关键环节，协调工厂与客户，处理售后投诉及退换货事宜；
3、负责室内寝具、宠物用纺织品等相关领域的业务开发与客户维护；
4、开展国际市场客户开发与维护工作，挖掘潜在合作机会，搭建稳定客户合作体系。
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历（需取得相应学位），国际贸易、市场营销、电子商务、纺织工程、商务英语等相关专业，35周岁以下，优秀应届毕业生可投递；
2、英语CET-6及以上水平，听说读写流利，能熟练进行沟通交流，熟练操作Office办公软件，掌握第二外语者优先；
3、具备较强的沟通协调能力，能高效对接国内外客户与生产工厂，妥善处理业务衔接中的各类事务；
4、责任心强、目标导向明确，具备良好的抗压能力与团队协作意识，服从公司及部门的工作安排，高效完成各项任务。
5、熟悉海外市场的客户群体，擅长外销客户开拓者优先。

Job Responsibilities
1. Independently follow up the entire process of home textile product orders, accurately control production schedules, efficiently coordinate and resolve unexpected issues in all links of order execution, and ensure delivery time and quality.
2. Accurately meet the overseas customer demands, handle product quotations, sample delivery, and order negotiations; coordinate key links including stock preparation, customs declaration, and logistics; communicate well between factories and customers, and manage after-sales complaints, returns, and exchange matters.
3. Responsible for business development and customer maintenance in related fields such as indoor bedding and pet textiles.
4. Conduct international market customer development and maintenance, explore potential cooperation opportunities, and establish a stable customer cooperation system.
Qualifications
1. Full-time bachelor’s degree or above (with corresponding academic degree obtained) majoring in International Trade, Marketing, E-commerce, Textile Engineering, or Business English; under 35 years old; outstanding fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
2. CET-6 or above in English, with fluent listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills and capable of communicating smoothly. Proficiently operating Office software; proficiency in a second foreign language is preferred.
3.strong communication and coordination abilities to efficiently connect with both domestic and foreign customers as well as production factories and properly handle various matters in business connection.
4. Strong sense of responsibility, clear goal orientation, good pressure resistance and team spirit; willing to follow company and department arrangements and complete tasks efficiently.
5. Familiar with overseas market customer groups; experience in developing export customers is preferred.
