Master and understand the development level of production technology in the same
industry, and put forward suggestions for the company's development strategy

Fully responsible for the design, review
and realization of product automation production line

全面负责产品自动化生产线的设计、评审和实现

Analyse automotive motor manufacturing
processes (stator/rotor assembly, winding, testing, etc.), optimize
workflows, and resolve technical challenges in automation.

深入分析汽车电机生产工艺（定子/转子装配、绕线、测试等），优化生产流程，解决自动化生产中的技术难题。

Automatic production line design improvement
and external technical exchanges

自动化产线设计改进及对外技术交流等工作

Promote smart manufacturing and Industry
4.0 solutions (e.g., robotics, vision inspection, MES) to upgrade factory
digitization.

推动智能制造及工业4.0技术应用（如机器人、视觉检测、MES系统等），提升工厂数字化水平

Department human resources management and
structural adjustment, planning the staffing of different projects,
coordinating resources

部门人力资源管理及结构调整、规划不同项目人员配置，协调资源

Manage the automation team
(mechanical/electrical/software engineers), set R&D plans, and coordinate
cross-functional resources for on-time delivery.

管理自动化技术团队（机械、电气、软件等），制定研发计划，协调跨部门资源，确保项目按时高质量交付。

Formulate the department's budget and
control departmental expenses and costs

Responsible for the security and confidentiality

岗位要求：

·
Bachelor’s
degree or above, major in machinery

本科及以上学历，机械相关专业

·
5+ years in automation line R&D, 3+
years in team management; automotive motor industry experience preferred.

5年以上自动化产线研发经验，3年以上自动化团队管理经验，有汽车电机或相关行业背景优先。

·
Knowledge of automation principles and design，In-depth
knowledge of motor manufacturing processes (stamping, winding, welding,
dynamic balancing, testing, etc.) and hands-on experience in automation
equipment development/integration.

通晓自动化原理和设计知识。熟悉汽车电机生产工艺（如冲压、绕线、焊接、动平衡、测试等），具备自动化设备开发及集成经验。

software, hardware, machining and other aspects
