To ensure the error free product launches based on robust designs and stable, capable processes throughout the supply chain. Voice of customer and strive to become the expert in customer systems and customer specific requirements, which will lead to decreasing warranty costs.
As an Advanced Quality Engineer for BorgWarner PDS, you will interact with the customer, the product development team, Program Management, Manufacturing team and other relative plant teams to launch new products/programs through BorgWarner and customer required APQP activities. The AQE plans, tracks and executes all quality related activities to fulfil customer requirements.

Responsibilities: 主要职责: 1. Main tasks and responsibilities as Program Member: 作为项目成员的主要任务和职责：
Verify VOC and determine Critical-to-Quality (CTQ) parameters to be tracked and maintained throughout the product development. 了解和确认客户的要求，并通过系统的产品开发过程来确保客户的关键质量特性
Prepare the quality plan and organize the relevant quality & problem prevention activities, also including coach of quality tools.
制定质量计划并组织相关的质量和问题预防活动，还包括质量工具的指导。
Utilize quality tools and take the lead on closing the loop between Lesson Learned/quality history, D/P-PMEA, DVP&R and Control Plan. 利用质量工具，率先在经验教训/质量历史记录、D/P-PMEA、DVP&R 和控制计划之间形成闭环。
Participate in program management stage gate reviews and engage work groups (e.g. FMEA, DFM, DFA, etc.) to ensure the appropriate quality input. 参与项目管理阶段的关口审查并参与工作组（例如FMEA，DFM，DFA等），以确保适当的质量输入。
Support to evaluate design concept and participate in design review to meet quality objectives. Also co-sign design review document. 支持设计概念评估并参与设计评审，以达到质量目标。还要共同签署设计审查文件。
Using statistical techniques to create test plans for reliability testing. 使用统计技术创建可靠性测试的测试计划。
Drive and support DFSS (Design for Six Sigma) activities in programs to improve design robustness and reliability of products. 在项目中推动和支持DFSS（六西格玛设计）活动，以提高产品的设计稳健性和可靠性。
Assure prototype/OTS/PPAP sample quality delivered to customer. 确保交付给客户的样品质量，包括原型样件、OTS和PPAP样件。
Implement Lessons Learned/Warranty fixes to products under development (DFMEA). 把经验教训和售后反馈的经验总结导入到新项目开发阶段，尤其是在DFMEA的时候。
Lead PPAP to customer. 组织公司内部PPAP文件汇总，评审并递交给客户。
Lead MSA for new project and support to gauge/test fixture requirement plan. 组织对新产品相关的量检具的MSA活动。
2. Main tasks and responsibilities outside of Programs: 计划外主要任务和职责：
Establish, optimize, and maintain the communication process for DFSS. 建立、优化和维护DFSS的通信流程。
Specify and maintain relative procedures. 指定和维护相关程序。
Interaction with PQE for handover at special quality gate. 与PQE互动，在特殊质量门进行交接。
Support to budget planning about quality control tools/gauges based on new product/program requirement.
根据新产品/计划要求，支持质量控制工具/量规的预算规划
Job requirements: 任职要求
Bachelor’s degree or above 本科及以上学历
Major in Mechanical, Material, Automatic industry engineering or relative auto industry area 机械、材料、自动化工业工程或汽车相关专业
Work Experience 3 years or above relative job experience 工作经验 3年以上相关工作经验
Know the basic rule of DFM/DFA, QFD, DoE, FMEA, DVP&R, SPC, Reliability, etc. 对DFM / DFA，QFD，DoE，FMEA，DVP&R，SPC，可靠性等有基本的认识 6 sigma green belt or black belt will be preferred. 有六西格玛绿带或黑带更好
Skill Customer focus, new product/process development and introduction experience 技能以客户为中心，新产品/工艺开发和引进经验
