提供您所在地区的当地劳动法规和合规要求的见解
与中国及海外的招聘经理和业务部门协调
可能需要偶尔前往欧洲/美国出差

We are a leading publicly listed company in the electronic components sector, now rapidly expanding into the fuel cell industry. To support our global talent strategy, we are looking for an experienced HR professional of European or American nationality, currently based in China.
🔹 Position: International HR Specialist (EU/US Nationality)
What You'll Do:
Lead talent acquisition efforts for fuel cell roles across Europe and North America
Source and assess candidates aligned with global standards
Provide insights on local labor laws and compliance requirements in your home region
Coordinate with hiring managers and business units across China and overseas
Occasional business travel to Europe/US may be required
What We're Looking For:
EU or US citizenship, currently living and working in China
1+ year of HR/recruitment experience, preferably in technical or manufacturing sectors
Solid understanding of labor regulations in Europe and/or the US
Excellent communication and cross-cultural collaboration skills
Friendly, professional, and highly motivated
