Key Responsibilities:
1.Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle (planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery), ensuring on-time, within-budget, and high-quality completion. Drive project initiation and follow-through, with full accountability for outcomes.
2.Collaborate cross-functionally across departments to ensure efficient project progression at all stages.
3.Serve as the primary communicator between clients and delivery teams, balancing customer satisfaction with company interests.
4.Act as the key liaison for local clients, government agencies, suppliers, and headquarters.
5.Identify project risks, develop contingency plans, and resolve cross-cultural, legal, or operational challenges.
6.Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and team coordination to optimize cost-efficiency.
7.Prepare trilingual (English/Russian/Chinese) project reports and provide regular updates to senior management.
8.Ensure compliance with local regulations, international standards, and corporate policies.

Requirements:
1.Language:
1）Full professional proficiency in Russian and English (written/spoken); Chinese is a plus.
2）Proven ability in cross-cultural negotiations and contract drafting.
2.Experience:
1）5+ years in international project management, preferably in logistics/machining/IT or related fields.
2）Prior experience in CIS countries, Eastern Europe, or Central Asia is preferred.
3.Skills:
1）PMP/PRINCE2 certification is advantageous.
2）Strong risk management, cross-team collaboration, and multitasking capabilities.
4.Others:
1）Willingness to work long-term overseas or relocate.
2）Foreign candidates (especially native Russian speakers) are strongly preferred – diverse backgrounds welcomed.
