Key Responsibilities:

• Execute certification audits as assigned by the company, in accordance with established plans and procedures.

• Promptly report any issues encountered during the audit process and actively collaborate to find solutions.

• Participate in technical discussions, research projects, and initiatives for audit process improvement.

• Prepare and complete technical documentation and audit reports in a timely manner.

• Manage relationships with all relevant parties during the audit process.

• Guide and monitor clients in the corrective action process for addressing non-conformities.

• Ensure the timely and accurate completion and archiving of audit case files.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Mandatory Requirements:

  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently for audit assignments.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills and a keen learning ability.

• Bachelor's degree or higher.

• Must have passed the CCAA (China Certification and Accreditation Association) registration examinations (in either实习 - Internship or 正式 - Formal status).

• Proven experience in one or more of the following industry sectors is a significant advantage:
