Maintenance Technician is the role that executes the maintenance plan. Works with maintenance work in connection with problems on machines and equipment and performs preventive maintenance according to plan. Work with problem solving and identify and contribute to the implementation of necessary improvements on machines and in the maintenance plans.

Carry out work orders professionally based on quality and efficiency in accordance with priority order

Carry out tasks independently according to position and according to order of priority

Carry out troubleshooting in case of acute disturbances and recurring problems

Execute preventive and remedial work orders

Carry out preparation of orders in consultation with preparers

Escalate according to escalation ladder

Conduct root cause investigations

Actively participate and participate in RTM, ABS, ADS and AAS meetings, close cooperation with production and others in maintenance

Actively participate in the improvement work and activities based on the strategic plan

Demand and participate in risk assessments and coordination

Point out and document inaccuracies in machine documentation and instructions

Plan own work according to routine for daily control

Train and coach production persons in OPM

Report in the maintenance system and feedback the need for revisions or improvements to the maintenance plan

Carry out delivery tests or measurements based on demand

Contribute to own competence development

Contribute to meeting the operational goals

Education and/or Experience

College degree or above, mechanical, electrical or automotive and other related majors;

More than 2 years of working experience in related industries, and more than 1 year of working experience in the automotive industry;

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Strictly abide by various safety systems in the workshop, wear protective equipment correctly, and strictly implement safety locking procedures;

Proficient in using commonly used office software such as Office;

Familiar with equipment-related management system certification, TPM preventive measures, equipment performance, safety and environmental protection systems;

Familiar with the mechanical structure and electrical principles related to the equipment;

Have strong communication skills and be able to coordinate and communicate issues across departments;

Have certain planning, organization, communication and collaboration skills. Active in work, strong sense of responsibility, and good professionalism;

For mechanical technicians, it is better to be familiar with CAD drawings, tolerances and fits, pneumatics and hydraulics, and master the precision adjustment of linear guides and ball screws.

For electrical technicians, it is better to be familiar with PLC architecture, electrical technology, circuit diagrams, and understand Siemens industrial control system diagnosis and simple PLC programming.

For measurement technicians, those who are familiar with PLC architecture, servo systems, data acquisition systems, equipment calibration, and experience in servo pressing and servo tightening are preferred

教育和经历

大专及以上学历, 机械、电气或汽车等相关专业；

相关行业工作经验2年以上，1年以上汽车行业工作经验；

知识及技能要求

严格遵守车间的各项安全制度，正确穿戴劳防用品，严格执行安全锁定流程；

熟练应用Office等常用办公软件；

熟悉设备相关的管理体系认证、TPM预防措施、设备性能、安全环保体系；

熟悉设备相关的机械结构及电气原理；

有较强的沟通交流能力，能够跨部门协调和交流问题；

具有一定的计划、组织、沟通、协作能力。工作积极，责任心强，有良好的敬业精神；

对于机械技术员，熟悉CAD图纸、公差与配合、气动和液压，掌握直线导轨和滚珠丝杠精度调节为佳

对于电气技术员，熟悉PLC架构、电工技术、电路图，了解西门子工控系统诊断和PLC简易编程为佳

对于测量技术员，熟悉PLC架构，熟悉伺服系统、数据采集系统，熟悉设备校准，有伺服压装、伺服拧紧经验者为佳
