1. Introduction of Parts Quality Methods to prevent and solve quality issues, such as Risk Analysis, Parts Control and Problem Solving.
2. Represent quality in cross functional forums with areas such as process engineering, production and logistics.
3. Work with P&L leader to identify supplier quality deviation detected both in production line and logistic process.
4. Able to rework components to support production running, operations like drilling, retouching etc.
5. Skilled at using measuring tools like caliper /micrometer/ thickness gauge.
6. Basic manufacturing process knowledge of casting, forging, cable harness, pipes, plastics, electronic components etc.
7. Materials handling process in system as parts return/scrap, inspection request, material request.
8. Cooperate to provide supplier deviation information and execute supplier follow up on corrective actions.

6. 具备铸造、锻造、线束、管道、塑料、电子元器件等基本制造工艺知识。
7. 系统内的材料处理过程，如零件退货/报废、检验请求、材料请求。
8. 合作提供供应商偏差信息，并对供应商采取纠正措施。
