Qualification
教育背景:
Education background
◆ 本科 以上学历(具有相关经验或能力者学历可适当放宽),工科或者商务、贸易等专业
Bachelor or above (For the experienced or talent, the requirement could be eased.) Engineering or business, trading specialty education.
培训经历:
Training experience:
◆产品知识、ISO9001/IATF16949等体系方面的培训。
Trained in product knowledge and ISO9001/IATF16949 systems.
◆工艺知识方面的培训

◆1年以上工作经验;
Working experience for more than 1 year.
◆熟悉公司产品的生产流程、产品的具体用途,对生产的产品有一定的认识。

1. 市场信息收集Market information collection
1.1 收集相关电机行业潜在客户、竞争对手信息并进行整理分析,以便给公司管理层决策参考。
Collect the related information of potential customers of the motor industry and competitors. Analyze that information and present it to management for decision reference.
2. 潜在客户联络Cold call to potential customers.
2.1 通过电话、邮件等方式向潜在客户介绍公司产品,并挑选出有潜在合作机会的客户和上司一同拜访开发。
Introduce our products to potential customers through email or cold call. Select the good ones to develop together with the superior.
3. 客户报价内部跟踪Customer quotation internal follow-up
3.1 跟踪内部报价部门进度,确保能按客户要求及时准确的准备好报价相关资料。
Track the quotation progress of internal department. Make sure that we can offer the completed and accurate quotation documents to customers on time.
4. 客户访问接待Customer visit arrangement
4.1 及时和内部沟通,和相关部门一起做好客户的接待工作,如客户交通问题、餐食、工厂参观等等。
Cooperate with the internal department to take care of customer visit arrangements such as customer logistics, meal and plant tour.

Maintain the relationship with existing customers.
6.1 定期和现有客户沟通并维护良好的关系,及时处理客户投诉,保证客户满意度
Communicate with existing customers regularly to maintain good relationships, handle the Customer complaint and ensure customer satisfaction
7. 现有客户订单的处理与跟踪以及常规的客户服务;
Mainly responsible for the processing and tracking of domestic and foreign customer orders and regular customer service.
