Position summary:
根据公司发展战略,进行日系新客户的开发和现有客户的管理,以完成公司的整体销售和利润目标。
According to the growth strategy of the company, develop new Japanese customers and manage existing
customers to achieve the company’s sales and profit goals.

1. 执行制定公司的营销和销售战略
Execute company sales strategy.
2. 协助上司制定销售计划和年度预算
Assist superior to make sales plan and annual budget
3. 负责新客户开拓和现有客户维护
Responsible for new customer development and existing customer maintenance
4. 根据客户的询价进行报价并跟踪
According to customer’s RFQ prepare the offer and do the follow-up.
5. 客户信用额度和应收账款回收管理
Manage customer credit and A/R collection
6. 其他上司安排的临时任务

◆ 大专 以上学历,专业不限
Bachelor or above. Engineering or business, trading specialty education.

◆工艺知识方面的培训
Trained in technology knowledge
经 验:
Experience
◆5 年以上工作经验,服务和攻略过日系的客户
Have working experience for more than 5 years, maintained and developed with Japanese customer
◆制造业公司工作背景, 有详实的成功的新客户开发经验
Manufacturing company working background with solid proven successful new customer development
experiences.
技能技巧:
Skills
◆熟练的日语听说读写能力;
Proficient in Japanese listening, speaking, reading and writing, with Japanese language capability preferred;
◆具有优秀的自我驱动的独立工作能力、团队合作能力、 谈判能力和沟通能力。
With outstanding self-motivated independently-working ability, teamwork spirit, negotiation and communication
ability.

According to company development status and strategy developing customers in three
strategic market segment.
2. 协助上司制定销售计划和年度预算

3.1 寻找和开发潜在客户
Searching to develop new potential customers.

5. 客户信用额度和应收账款回收管理
Manage customer credit and A/R collection
5.1 管理负责的客户的信用额度,确保发货不超额
Manage customer credit and make sure it won’t go beyond that.
5.2 及时和客户沟通付款状况,确保不产生呆账和坏账。
Timely communication with customer for the payment and make sure no bad debt occur.
