核心使命：建立标准化、高效的项目管理流程，以支持所有国际市场（美国、以色列、阿根廷等）的采购和制造项目。

关键职责：

1. 流程标准化：制定并实施从客户简报到最终发货的标准化项目管理流程（SOP）；

2. 进度与预算监管：管理项目时间表（交货时间）和预算，确保在财务参数内实现高质量执行；

3. 跨职能协调：担任销售、采购和运营团队之间的关键沟通枢纽；

4. 风险管理：识别制造流程中潜在的延误或质量问题，并主动采取纠正措施。

KPI：项目准时交付率；初始项目预算偏差率；项目周期时间缩短。

任职要求：5年以上在制造、采购或供应链（最好在中国）的项目管理经验；具备与国际客户和市场合作的经验；精通项目管理软件（如Asana、Monday或ERP/PLM系统）；英语流利是强制要求，普通话是重要加分项。

Job Title: Senior Project Manager (Part-Time)

Location: Remote/China Office

Reporting To: Company Owner/Director of Operations

Commitment: Approx. 10-20 hours per week

Core Mission: To establish standardized and efficient project management protocols for sourcing and manufacturing projects across all international markets (US, Israel, Argentina, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Process Standardization: Develop and implement standardized project management procedures (SOPs) from client brief to final shipment;

2. Schedule & Budget Oversight: Manage project timelines (Lead Time) and budgets, ensuring high-quality execution within financial parameters;

3. Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as the key communication hub between the Sales, Sourcing, and Operations teams;

4. Risk Management: Identify potential delays or quality issues in the manufacturing pipeline and implement corrective actions proactively.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): On-time project delivery rate; Deviation from the initial project budget; Project cycle time reduction.

Qualifications: 5+ years of Project Management experience in manufacturing, sourcing, or supply chain (preferably in China); Proven experience with international clients and markets; Strong proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Monday, or ERP/PLM systems); Fluent English is mandatory; Mandarin is a strong asset.
