工作职责：

1、能独立开发客户，通过网络平台或获客软件等途径开拓市场顾客，寻找客源。

2、跟进客户需求并转化成订单，确认客户需要的产品、数量、价格。

3、协助客户完成订单下单，跟进打样进度，确保订单的准确性。

4、与采购、跟单、财务等部门协调，反馈客户需求及问题，确保内部协作顺畅。

5、其他需要跟进的协助销售的工作。

Job Responsibilitie：

任职条件：

1、25-45岁，大专以上学历，国际贸易类、企业管理类、市场营销类专业。

2、2年以上外贸（百货、家居、塑料制品、物流周转用品等）销售经验，会使用MONDAY、ERP或其他客户服务系统。

3、能用英文与客户文字及视频交流，有较强的英语沟通能力。

4、会熟练使用办公软件，包括：excel、word、powpoint等办公软件。

5、有较强的客户服务能力，沟通能力和团队协作能力。

6、具体解决问题的能力，有一定的抗压能力。
