岗位职责 | Job Responsibilities
  1. 市场洞察与策略制定
    深度调研欧美、中东等目标市场,分析消费趋势与竞品动态,输出包含渠道选择、内容方向的营销方案,支撑业务增长目标。
    Conduct in-depth research on target markets such as Europe, America, and the Middle East, analyze consumption trends and competitor dynamics, and develop marketing plans including channel selection and content direction to support business growth goals.
  2. 多渠道内容运营
    • 运营 Facebook、LinkedIn、TikTok 等国际社交平台,策划多语言(英语为主)图文 / 短视频内容,提升品牌曝光与用户互动;
    • 优化 Google 搜索与 B2B 平台(如阿里巴巴国际站)内容,提高流量转化;
    • 制作产品手册、案例海报等营销素材,确保符合目标市场文化偏好。
    • Operate international social platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok, plan multilingual (English-focused) graphic/video content to enhance brand exposure and user engagement;
    • Optimize content for Google search and B2B platforms (e.g., Alibaba International) to improve traffic conversion;
    • Create marketing materials such as product brochures and case posters, ensuring alignment with target market cultural preferences.
  3. 营销效果追踪与优化
    监控渠道数据(点击率、转化率等),定期输出分析报告,迭代营销策略以提升 ROI;沉淀成功案例,反哺销售团队客户开发。
    Monitor channel data (click-through rates, conversion rates, etc.), regularly output analysis reports, and iterate marketing strategies to improve ROI; summarize successful cases to support the sales team in client development.
  4. 跨团队协作
    与销售、采购团队联动,同步产品卖点与客户需求,确保营销信息与服务能力一致,强化客户信任。
    Collaborate with sales and procurement teams to synchronize product selling points and customer needs, ensuring marketing messages align with service capabilities to strengthen customer trust.
任职要求 | Qualifications
  1. 学历与经验
    本科及以上学历,市场营销、国际贸易等相关专业;1-3 年国际市场营销经验,有 B2B 外贸或供应链行业经验者优先。
    Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, International Trade, or related fields; 1-3 years of international marketing experience, preferably with B2B foreign trade or supply chain industry experience.
  2. 语言与技能
    • 英语听说读写流利,可独立撰写英文文案与报告,掌握小语种(如西班牙语、阿拉伯语)者加分;
    • 熟练使用 Canva、剪映国际版等工具,具备基础设计与视频剪辑能力;
    • 熟悉 Google Ads、Facebook Business Manager 等工具,了解数据分析方法。
    • Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing), able to independently draft English copy and reports; proficiency in minor languages (e.g., Spanish, Arabic) is a plus;
    • Skilled in tools such as Canva and CapCut International, with basic design and video editing abilities;
    • Familiar with Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, etc., and basic data analysis methods.
  3. 素养与能力
    具备市场敏感度与创新思维,能快速响应国际市场变化;目标导向,擅长跨团队沟通与资源协调。
    Possess market sensitivity and innovative thinking, able to quickly respond to changes in international markets; result-oriented, skilled in cross-team communication and resource coordination.
