• 负责外贸订单生产周期统筹管理,协调内外部资源,确保订单信息准确及流程顺畅。
• 对接客户需求与供应商产能,协调产品设计、包装方案及样品确认相关工作。
• 跟进生产进度与产品质量管控,及时同步进展并处理订单履约过程中的各类异常问题。
• 统筹安排物流运输与报关单据制备,确保货物按时合规交付。
• 支持销售团队与客户沟通,提供订单相关文档管理工作,保证工作效率与客户满意度。
• 与供应商洽谈合作价格,完成合同签订手续,既保障生产交付的质量,也确保公司利润。
• Be responsible for the overall management of the production cycle of foreign trade orders,coordinate internal and external resources to ensure accurate order information and smooth processes.
• Connect customer needs with supplier capacity, coordinate work related to product design, packaging solutions and sample confirmation.
• Follow up production progress and product quality control, timely synchronize progress and handle various abnormal issues during order fulfillment.
• Overall arrange logistics transportation and customs declaration document preparation to ensure timely and compliant delivery of goods.
• Support the sales team in communicating with customers, provide order-related document management services, and ensure work efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Negotiate cooperation prices with suppliers, complete contract signing procedures, and ensure both the quality of production and delivery and the company's profits.
任职要求 / Requirements
• 英语口语及书写流利,能与海外客户直接沟通(必须)。
• 3年以上外贸跟单/采购经验,熟悉外贸出口订单全生命周期管理,了解验厂、报价谈判、生产跟进、质量管控及出货报关等全流程操作。
• 熟练使用Office办公软件及项目管理类系统(如MONDAY),具备较强的文档处理、数据整理能力及单据制作审核能力。
• 具备优秀的跨部门(销售、采购、QC、财务)及外部(供应商、货代)沟通协调能力,能有效推动问题解决。
• 有责任心,抗压能力强,具备多订单并行处理能力,注重细节,能有效降低订单履约风险。
• 有包装设计、印刷工艺、产品开发经验或质量管控相关经验者优先。
• Fluent in oral and written English, able to communicate directly with overseas customers (Mandatory).
• More than 3 years of foreign trade merchandising/purchasing experience, familiar with the full lifecycle management of foreign trade export orders, and understanding the full-process operations such as factory audit, quotation negotiation, production follow-up, quality control and shipment customs declaration.
• Proficient in Office software and project management systems (such as MONDAY), with strong document processing, data sorting capabilities and document preparation/audit capabilities.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with internal departments (sales, purchasing, QC, finance) and external parties (suppliers, freight forwarders), able to effectively promote problem solving.
• Responsible, strong pressure resistance, able to handle multiple orders in parallel, detail-oriented, and effectively reduce order fulfillment risks.
• Experience in packaging design, printing technology, product development or quality control is preferred.
