Position Summary:
Complete all kinds of company payment according to company internal control and business regulations. Complete all kinds of foreign currency receipt. Complete BOP declaration. Assist Accounting Manager with day-to-day operation of department.

• ISO 9001 Quality Management System standard
• Linamar Technical Specification Management & Quality Basics System standards
• TISAX information security management system
• Support, Foster, Promote and Demonstrate Linamar’s Core Values and Leadership Behaviors
• To complete several currency bank payments according to corporate internal control and business regulations correctly and timely.
• To complete foreign currency receipt and inform relating department in a timely manner.
• To complete BOP declaration for foreign currency payment and receipt correctly and in a timely manner.
• Filing all the financial vouchers.
• Issue Fapiao to customers.
• Other duties assigned by accounting manager.

Minimum Requirements
• Bachelor Degree with major in Accounting & Finance or equivalent experience
• Ability to meet, realize and support customers’ product requirements, implement the knowledge of operation system and specific requirement
• 1-2 years related experience in foreign owned manufacturing business
• Computer Skill: Good at Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.
• 财务或金融专业本科学历，或有相类似的工作经验
• 具备满足、实现、支持客户产品并实现运行体系及特殊要求的技能知识
• 1-2年外企制造业相关经验（考虑应届毕业生）
