• Strictly comply with HSE requirements, eliminate unsafe factors, conduct periodic safety inspections based on the definition of risk points, especially daily safety guidance and inspection of warehouse special equipment
• Ensure the orderliness of all production, shipping, and receiving areas, responsible for implementing inventory internal control management, and checking whether the team's inbound and outbound procedures meet the requirements
• Participate in monitoring and driving production materials, auxiliary materials to ensure normal production demand
• Safely store goods in suitable areas based on the characteristics of the materials
• Ensure first in, first out of materials
• Participate in static and dynamic inventory of materials and equipment to ensure consistency between accounts, items, and documents
• Track and review 5S practices within the warehouse area, ensuring cleanliness and orderliness both inside and outside the storage area at all times.
• Responsible for guiding and training subordinates in their operational skills and sense of responsibility.
• Responsible for providing rational suggestions for warehouse and logistics management.
• Ensure effective communication and coordination within and across departments.
• Track and be responsible for achieving team metrics.
• Timely communicate and solve various problems encountered by subordinates in their work.

• 及时沟通解决下属在工作当中遇到的各类问题。

Credentials
• Junior college school diploma or above.
• Have experience in warehouse and logistics management above 3 years.
• 大专以上学历。
• 具备三年以上仓库及物流管理经验。
