职位描述
The Account Manager is responsible for overseeing the management of moderately complex client accounts and developing processes to ensure favorable relationships with clients, meeting their operational needs. Serves an assigned territory/client with moderate variables in geography and/or customer complexity. Must successfully manage the client’s customers end-to-end, by renewing, expanding, and converting the service relationships our clients have with their existing customer base. The Account Manager calls upon existing client customers to assess areas of opportunity, renew current service contracts, and convert customers to different services when applicable. Independent and results-driven individual drives success through persuasion versus prescriptive process. Resolves moderately complex client issues, researches problems, and makes recommendations for potential product enhancements or modifications. Explores various sales channels to improve sales performance. Assists in the preparation of sales forecasts, quotes, or negotiations.
Responsibilities:
61 Ensure client’s customers are consistently satisfied with the client’s products and services, and resolve escalated issues
61 Achieve revenue-based quotas based on successful management of client accounts and supporting processes to meet operational needs and growth objectives
61 Evaluate the client's customer needs and propose potential solutions
61 Serve as a single point of contact for the client customer and may coordinate the work of client service teams
61 Utilize data to successfully remediate customer concerns/roadblocks prohibiting satisfaction
61 Manage external competitive pressures and effectively handle objections
61 Work with multiple stakeholders, building effective relationships with decision-makers at all levels
61 Responsible for managing sales territory and achieving monthly quotas
61 Negotiate skillfully in tough situations
61 Identify risk and barriers to success; develop contingency plans when necessary
61 Identify opportunities for additional product or service sales
61 Use data to help influence buying/renewal process
Qualifications:
61 Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate in a fast paced environment while developing positive relationships
61 Proven track record of success in sales or account management
61 Passion for exceptional customer experience and sales
61 Aptitude to learn and optimize new technology and data
61 Problem-solving skills
61 Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
61 Excellent verbal and written communication skills
61 Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM required
61 Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multi-task in a time-sensitive environment
61 Demonstrated ability to make timely and sound decisions; make decisions under conditions of uncertainty or limited data; evaluate short- and long-term consequences
61 Execute high level of independent judgement and critical thinking
61 Professional and polished demeanor
