 Identify target market, target customer by deep understanding of the company product, solution offer, market potential and competitor situation
 Define clear sales strategy in the target market along with long term sales target
 Sales execution, regular visit the customer, customize solution offering, close follow up
 Marketing: gathering competitor information, market trend, raise product development request, and involve in the development process, to ensure the right and competitive product in the market. Organize/propose the right exhibition, seminar or other promotion methods
 Order follow up, work with factory to ensure the smooth delivery
Qualification
 Degree or above in Refrigeration, HVAC or Mechanical Electrical related
 Sales experience, could be in charge of key account or sales area. Prefer to have 3-5 years above experience
 English as working language. If not fluent, committed to improve.
 Result orientated. Dare to face challenges.

Total Compensation
 Base salary ranges from 10k to 20k or higher. Annual income varies between 200k and 800k based on sales performance.
