工作职责：
1、Product formulation development
Align with commercial business development strategy, take account & responsible for new automotive product development according to the business requirement from local OEM and marketing team.
2、ACT system data management
Introduce new raw materials into PLI ACT system , under approval by GMD team . meanwhile , get alignment with global technology manager for feasible formulation developed.
3、 Local OEM contacting and supports
Work closely with commercial & technical service team , build up contact with local automotive / Industrial OEMs for new project exploration & support
4、 Marketing supports
Key competitor portfolio bench marking for RTB generation. Especially in industrial OEM /NEV segments .
任职要求：
• Minimum master degree with chemical engineering or mechanic / automotive background
• CET - 6 above ，fluent commend of English (written and oral)
• Proficient in MS Office
• Proficient in project management
• Problem Solving
• Cross team interpersonal communication
• Rather good Interpersonal communication skill
• Willing to learn and take challenge
