【岗位职责】：
1.负责生产线自动化设备 / 工装夹具的开发、维护、保养及升级，以及工艺优化
Handle the production line automation equipment/fixture development, maintenance, upkeep and upgrade , and process optimization.
2. 负责自动化设备及工装夹具技术员的招聘与能力培养
Handle the recruitment and capability caltivation of technicians for automation equipments and fixtures.
3.采取措施降低设备及工装夹具的停机率、提升设备综合效率（OEE），并提高自动化设备的稳定性
Taking action to imptove the equipments and fixture downtime rate, OEE,and improving the stability of automated equipment.
4. 推动团队优化工艺以提升效率
Drive team to optimize the process foe better efficiency.
5.主导改进项目
Lead improvement projects
6.能够支持海外项目
Can support oversea projects
【任职资格】:
1. 本科及以上学历，机械设备及自动化相关专业；
Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical equipment, automation or related majors.
2. 至少 8 年制造业设备及工装夹具相关工作经验
Minimum 8 years experience in manufacturing for Equipments and fixtures related
3. 具备设备开发及控制的基础知识
Basic knowledge of equipments development and control;
4. 良好的英语口语及书面表达能力
Good command of spoken and written English;
5. 出色的演示及沟通能力
Good presentation&communication skills;
6. 至少拥有机械电子工程或自动化相关专业学士学位
Bachelor degree at least in Mechanical and Electronic Engineering or automation related.
7. 3 年以上独立带领团队的经验，3 年以上自动化设备相关项目经验
More than 3 years of independent handling teams, more than 3 years automation equipment related projects.
8. 具备团队建设能力，能够培养团队成员的能力
The ability of team building, Develop the ability of the team.
