岗位职责：
1、认同企业品牌和文化理念，维护企业利益，共同树立品牌形象；
2、仪容仪表整洁、端庄、性格开朗沉稳，输液、留置针、采血、16号钢针技术经验过硬；
3、按相关规定做好日常护理工作和医护配合工作，严防差错事故发生，提供优质、安全的护理；
4、客户的全流程护理及服务工作，让客人感受到无微不至的关怀；
5、做好与护理相关的各部门协调工作；
6、做好医护部耗材的出入库/使用记录，根据使用量合理安排备货，确保耗材的库存量合理；
7、根据公司的标准和要求，负责对各VIP室、仪器设备的日常消毒工作；
8、客户健康信息采集，建立健康档案，定时客户回访并记录工作；
9、配合护士长处理日常排班管理、内部沟通、新人带教培训等工作；
10、自觉遵守公司各项规章制度和技术操作流程，有计划的完成工作任务，提高工作效率；
11、定期参加业务知识及服务礼仪学习和技术培训；
12、及时完成领导交代的其他工作任务。

任职条件：
1、护理等相关专业统招大专及以上学历，须持有护士资格证及执业证，45周岁以下，身体健康，形象大方得体；
2、5年以上护士工作经验，有血站、急诊科、高端私立医院全科护士工作经验者优先；
3、具备健康的心理，开朗、稳定的情绪，宽容豁达的胸怀，亲和力强，积极向上，能吃苦耐劳；
4、具备良好的医护服务素质和职业道德，富有细心、耐心、责任心，主动服务意识强，具有团队合作精神；
5、普通话标准，熟练操作留置针、采血针等穿刺，无菌观念强，具有较强的护理技能;
6、具有护理理论及人文科学知识，具备护理教育与护理科研的基本知识。


Job Responsibilities：

2. Maintain a neat and professional appearance, be cheerful and steady, and have solid experience with infusion, indwelling needles, blood collection, and 16-gauge needles;
3. Perform daily nursing tasks and cooperate with medical staff according to relevant regulations, strictly prevent errors and accidents, and provide high-quality, safe care;
4. Provide comprehensive nursing and service throughout the client's entire process, ensuring they feel thoroughly cared for;
5. Coordinate with all departments related to nursing work;
6. Manage the inventory and usage records of medical supplies, ensure reasonable stock levels based on usage;
7. Responsible for the daily disinfection of VIP rooms and instrument equipment according to company standards and requirements;
8. Collect client health information, establish health records, conduct regular client follow-ups, and maintain records;
9. Assist the head nurse with daily scheduling management, internal communication, and training of new staff;
10. Adhere to all company rules and technical operation procedures, plan and complete tasks efficiently;
11. Regularly participate in business knowledge, service etiquette training, and technical training;
12. Complete other tasks assigned by leadership in a timely manner.


Job Qualifications：
1. Associate degree or above in nursing or related fields from an accredited institution, holding a nurse qualification and practice certificate, under 45 years old, in good health, with a presentable and graceful appearance;
2. Over 5 years of nursing experience, with preference given to those with experience in blood banks, emergency departments, or as general nurses in high-end private hospitals;
3. Possess a healthy mindset, cheerful and stable emotions, broad-minded and tolerant, with strong affinity, positivity, and resilience;
4. Demonstrate good medical service quality and professional ethics, with a strong sense of meticulousness, patience, and responsibility, proactive service attitude, and team spirit;
5. Standard Mandarin, proficient in handling indwelling needles, blood collection needles, and other punctures, strong aseptic concepts, and possess strong nursing skills;
6. Have nursing theory and humanities knowledge, and possess basic knowledge in nursing education and nursing research.
