主要职责：
§ 产品软件测试 Product Software Test (70%)
- 根据产品市场需求文档及设计实现文档完成新产品/产品软件变更的功能、软件系统及可靠性/性能相关测试工作
Complete the functions, software system and reliability/performance test according to product MRD and TRD.
- 负责产品测试需求分析、测试策略和规划制定、测试用例设计、测试执行及缺陷管理和测试报告编制
Responsible for product test requirements analysis, test strategy and planning, test designing, test execution, defects management and test report preparation.
- 负责协同质量团队处理客户反馈的软件质量问题分析、复现和修复方案的验证
Responsible for coordinating with quality team to analysis, recurrence the software quality defects from customer feedback, and verify the defects repair solution.
§ 团队技术建设 Team Technical Development（30%）
- 参与软件测试团队的自动化测试平台工具的设计、开发和验证工作
Participate in the software automatic test platform designing, development and validation
- 参与软件测试方案知识库的建立、管理和优化
Participate in the establishment, management and optimization of software test solution and knowledge library.
- 组织和参与公司软件测试技术交流和知识分享活动
Organize and attend company's software test technical seminar and experience sharing
任职资格Qualifications Required
本科及以上学历, 计算机科学与技术、软件工程、电子信息工程、自动化、仪器仪表等相关专业
Bachelor or above, major in computer science and technology, software engineering, electronic information engineering，automation, instrument etc. (MUST)
§ 具有软件语言使用与开发能力，例如Python、Java、C/C#语言等
Has the ability to use and develop software language, such as Python, Java, C/C#, etc. (MUST)
§ 具有3年及以上的嵌入式产品软件开发、软件测试、软件产品质量管理等方面工作经验
3+ year work experience in embedded product software test, software development and software quality management.
§ 熟悉软件测试理论和技术方法，产品开发和测试验证工作流程
Be familiar with software testing theory and technical methods, product development and test validation workflow.
§ 具有良好的沟通协作和影响他人的能力（MUST）
Be good at the skills of impactful communication, cooperation.
§ 具备AI应用开发基础与能力边界认知，理解AI常见风险并能在应用中提出缓解措施。
§ Basic ability in AI application development and understanding of capability boundaries: aware of AI risks and mitigation in application. (PLUS)
§ 具有良好的英语听说读写能力的优先考虑，书面英语良好
Good English skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing (PLUS)
