岗位职责
-负责运营学校微信公众号及视频号，小红书，官网，IG等平台运维。包含日常内容采集、编辑、发布、维护、管理、互动、提高影响力和关注度等；
-协助拓展、完善和运营线上合作渠道与平台，搭建媒体矩阵，根据宣传内容在不同平台的转化效果，及时调整与优化；
-协助制定媒体策略，并制作内容。踪内容营销的效果，并制定改进方案；
-负责品牌和相关市场宣传的文案策划，撰写宣传文案及市场文案；
-相关市场信息与数据的采集、整理，实时反馈媒体运营的执行情况。追踪，统计并分析社媒各渠道的数据， 如粉丝数量， 粉丝画像， 评论数量，咨询量， 转化率等。
-辅助市场营销的其他相关工作
任职要求
-掌握摄影与视频剪辑技能；
-精通设计软件、办公软件。熟悉新媒体的运营,有微信公众号，视频号制作运营经验者优先。
-具有一定的英文基础，可胜任国际学校工作沟通；
-网感强，熟悉社交媒体生态与行业动态
-对国际学校市场有一定认识。思路清晰，有独特的见解、文笔流畅；

Job Responsibilities
-Responsible for operating the school’s official accounts on platforms such as WeChat, WeChannel, Xiaohongshu (RedNotesBook), official website, Instagram, etc. This includes daily content collection, editing, publishing, maintenance, management, engagement, and increasing influence and follower count.
-Assist in expanding, optimizing, and managing online collaboration channels and platforms. Build a media matrix and adjust strategies based on content performance across different platforms.
-Support the development of media strategies and content creation. Track content marketing effectiveness and propose improvement plans.
-Responsible for copywriting and planning for brand and marketing campaigns, including promotional and marketing materials.
-Collect and organize relevant market information and data. Provide real-time feedback on media operations. Track, analyze, and report social media metrics such as follower count, audience demographics, comments, inquiries, conversion rates, etc.
-Assist with other marketing-related tasks as needed.
Job Requirements
-Proficient in photography and video editing.
-Skilled in design and office software. Familiar with new media operations; experience with WeChat and Video Channel content creation and management is preferred.
-Basic English proficiency, capable of communication in an international school setting.
-Strong sense of internet trends; familiar with social media ecosystems and industry developments.
-Understanding of the international school market. Clear thinking, unique insights, and fluent writing skills.
