Master Plan Schedules and Optimization

1）根据销售预测，订单需求及库存策略，编制自制零部件和组装加工件的月度/季度/年度主生产计划，确保产能与需求平衡；

Based on sales/demand forecasts, orders and inventory strategy, creat monthly/quarterly/annually master plan schedules in order to ensure production capacity and demand balance.

2） 协调生产，采购和仓库等团队，滚动调整周/月生产计划，确保订单及时交付。

Coordinate with Productiono, Purchasing and Warehouse teams to update weekly/monthly rolling build plan, so to ensure orders can be fulfilled timely.

1. 物料需求计划管理

MRP Management

1）基于主生产计划，运行MRP系统，生成物料需求清单，确保原材料的及时供应。

Based on MPS and run MRP function to creat a MRP list, ensure raw materials can be supplied timely.

2）与采购团队协同，跟踪关键物料到货情况，预警潜在缺料风险，推动供应商交付改善。

In collaboration with Purchasing to track key materials supply and delivery, provide backorde risks alert and facilitate suppliers delivery performance working with Purchasing.

3）协助上级优化库存水平，设定安全库存参数，减少呆滞物料，提高库存周转。

Assist superior to improve inventory level and set safety stock; reduce stock level of slow-moving materials so to improve inventory turnover.

1. 供应链协同与沟通

Supply Chain Collaboration and Communication

1）作为生产和销售、采购、物流等团队的衔接枢纽，定期召开SIOP会议。

Organize regular SIOP meetings as a key communication bridge connecting Production, Sales, Purchasing and Logistics teams.

2）与技术部/研发部合作，管理新产品导入（NPI）及工程变更（ECO）对生产计划的影响。

Collaborate with Technology/R&D teams to manage NPI and ECO impact on MPS.

3）协助管理委外加工计划，确保订单及时交付。

Assist to manage contract manufacturing orders, ensure CMO can be fulfilled timely.

1. 数据分析与流程优化

Data Analysis and Procedures Optimization

1）通过ERP/MRP系统监控关键指标（如OTD、库存周转、计划准确率），编制供应链绩效报告。

Creat supply chain performance reports based on KPI data downloaded from ERP systems.

2）维护ERP系统数据准确性，确保BOM，主数据等基础信息及时更新。

Maintain data accuracy in ERP, ensure BOM and MD can be updated timely.

3）协助识别计划与物料管理流程中的瓶颈，参与数字化供应链改善项目。

Assist to identify bottlenecks in planning and materials management procedures, participate digitalized supply chain projects.
