客户成功专员 – DeepBI(国际 SaaS / 亚马逊广告方向)
岗位职责
1. 负责海外客户的注册、授权及产品使用培训(英文邮件 + Zoom 会议)。
2. 跟进客户使用情况,确保客户顺利使用产品,并推动续费。
3. 作为客户第一沟通人,解答问题,协调内部资源解决客户需求。
4. 收集客户反馈,协助改进产品,与产品、技术和运营团队保持紧密协作,传递客户需求。
任职要求
1. 本科及以上学历,英语听说读写流利,可独立完成英文邮件与会议沟通。
2. 具备 2–4 年客户成功/客户支持/客户经理/项目管理经验,有跨境电商或外企经验优先。
3. 具备一定数据分析能力,能理解广告相关指标(如 ACOS、曝光、点击、转化率)。
4. 沟通能力强,逻辑清晰,能够把复杂问题解释给客户。
5. 学习能力强,对新知识接受快,能快速掌握亚马逊广告和 AI 产品逻辑。
6. 责任心强,具备主人翁意识,能够主动跟进客户问题并推动解决。

Customer Success Specialist – DeepBI (International SaaS / Amazon Advertising)
Responsibilities
1. Manage onboarding for overseas clients, including registration, authorization, and product training (via English emails and Zoom meetings).
2. Monitor client usage, ensure smooth product adoption, and support subscription renewals.
3. Act as the primary contact for clients, answer inquiries, and coordinate internal resources to resolve issues.
4. Gather customer feedback, contribute to product improvements, and work closely with product, technical, and operations teams to communicate client requirements.
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above; fluent English (spoken and written), able to handle professional emails and online meetings independently.
2. 2–4 years of experience in Customer Success, Client Support, Account Management, or Project Management. Experience in cross-border e-commerce or multinational companies is preferred.
3. Basic data analysis skills: able to understand advertising metrics such as ACOS, impressions, clicks, and conversion rate.
4. Strong communication and logical thinking skills; able to clearly explain complex topics to clients.
5. Fast learner with the ability to quickly master Amazon advertising and AI product logic.
6. High sense of responsibility and ownership; able to proactively follow through on client issues and ensure resolution.
Nice to Have
- Experience in Amazon Advertising / Seller Central / Digital Marketing.
- Familiarity with SaaS tools (CRM, ticketing systems).
- Multi-language skills (e.g., German, Spanish, French).
