市場支持： 與市場部門緊密協作，參與撰寫pitchbook，助力市場推廣。

Job Responsibilities:
Market Analysis: Utilize data analysis tools to monitor market trends, draft strategy reports, and provide valuable insights to key accounts (KA).
Strategy Development: Adjust system parameters flexibly based on client needs, execute trading strategies, and ensure client satisfaction.
Market Support: Collaborate closely with the marketing department to contribute to the creation of pitchbooks and support promotional efforts.
Requirements:
Strong Responsibility: Demonstrates a serious and responsible attitude towards work.
Fluent in English: Excellent English communication skills, capable of conducting meetings with clients seamlessly.
Eagerness to Learn: Previous experience in secondary market research, consulting, or securities research is not mandatory, as professional training will be provided.
Proficient Skills: Skilled in using PPT, Excel, and other office software to enhance work efficiency.
Proactive Attitude: Highly proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to identify and solve problems independently.
Compensation and Benefits:
