职位描述

主要工作职/Main Responsibilities:

- 设备日常的维护与保养 （Preventive
maintenance）

1.严格执行日常点检、周检、月、季度及年度保养计划。

Strictly
implement the daily inspection, weekly inspection, monthly maintenance plan
and yearly maintenance plan

2.按照设备保养手册和操作规程，完成设备的润滑，清洁，调整，紧固，更换易损备件等工作。

Carry
out the task such as lubrication, cleaning, adjustment, tightening, and
replacement of worn parts according to the equipment maintenance manual and
operating procedures

3.准确、及时地填写设备点检、保养记录和维修记录，建立并更新维护档案。

Accurately
and promptly fill in the equipment inspection and maintenance records
establish and update the maintenance plan

- 故障诊断与应急维修 （Troubleshooting
& Repair）

1.快速响应生产线的设备故障报修，及时进行诊断，找出故障根源。

Quick respond to
the fault reports of the production line，Carry out diagnosis promptly , Identify
the root cause.

2.高效安全地完成设备故障修复工作，包括但不限于：传动系统、液压系统、气动系统、导轨、夹具等的维修与更换。

Efficiently complete the repair work of
equipment failures, including but not limited to maintenance and replacement
of the transmission system, hydraulic system, pneumatic system, guide rails,
fixtures etc.

3.在紧急情况下，能采用有效措施，以最快的速度恢复生产，并记录完整的故障处理过程。

In emergency situations, effective measures
can be taken to restore production as quickly as possible, and a complete
process should be maintained

4.对长时间停机设备故障进行有效分析（5Why or 8D）

Effectively analyze long- term downtime issues
(5Why or 8D)

- 安装、调试与改造（Installation & Improvement）

1.参与新设备的安装、调试和验收工作，确保设备符合技术要求。

Participate in
the installation, commissioning and acceptance of the new equipment to ensure
that the equipment meets the technical requirements

2.协助工程师对现有的设备进行必要的技术改造升级和优化，以提高设备效率、精度或降低故障频率。

Assist engineers in conducting necessary
technical renovations, upgrades and optimizations of the existing equipment,
in order to enhance equipment efficiency, accuracy or reduce failure rates.

- 备件与工具管理（Spare parts & Tools management）

1.负责常用维修备件的申领、采购、使用和管理，提出备件采购建议。

Responsible for the application,
procurement use and management of common, maintenance spare parts, and
proposing suggestions for spare part purchases.

2.对于货期长，价值高的备件进行有效国产化替代。

Effectively implement the domestic
substitution of spare parts with long lead time and high value.

3.保持维修工具和设备的清洁、完好和有效、按时送检安全阀压力表和计量器具。

Keep the
maintenance tools and equipment clean, in good condition and functioning properly.
also, send for regular inspections of safety valve pressure gauges and
measuring instruments.

4.对维修间的车床铣床锯床等加工设备进行定期维护和工具采购

Carry out regular maintenance of processing
equipment such as lathes, milling machines, and sawing machines in the repair
room, as well as purchase of tools

- 安全与合规（Safety &
Compliance）

1.严格遵守公司所有的安全规章制度、操作规程和锁牌（LOTO）程序，确保维修作业零事故。

Strictly abide by all the safety
regulations and procedures operating procedures and lock-tagging procedures
of the company, to ensure zero accidents during maintenance operations

2.识别维修作业中的安全隐患，并及时上报。

Identify potential safety hazards in the
work and report them in a timely manner.

3.确保所有的维修活动符合质量体系和环保要求。

- 团队协作与沟通（Teamwork &
Communication）

1.与夹具维修技术员、操作工、工程师等团队成员保持良好沟通，协同解决设备问题。

Maintain good communication with team members
such as fixture maintenance technicians, operators, and engineers, and work
together to solve equipment problems

2.向设备操作人员提供简单的操作和保养指导。

Provide simple operation instruction to the
equipment operators

-接受领导临时工作安排，并且遵守设备操作流程，含叉车操作、天车操作等特种设备使用和操作。

Accept
the leadership of the temporary work arrangements, and comply with the
equipment operating procedures, including forklift operation, overhead crane
operation and other special equipment use and operation.

- 完成经理安排的其他工作；
