Maintenance Technician;

-倒班时工作场所整理和保持;

-Ensure
to leave your workstation tidy and clean prior shift changes;

-模具的维护和保养;

-Carry
out repair and maintenance work of tooling;

-配合生产员工对设备的日常点检保养，并填写设备保养表;

-Cooperate
with production worker in conducting inspections of production equipment on
an everyday basis; document inspections and maintenance works in a
maintenance log book;

-工位区域的“5S”保持;

- Abide
by the principles of 5S in managing your workplace;

-工艺问题和可疑物料及时沟通;

-Promptly
report manufacturing problems and questionable production materials;

-严格遵守“车间现场管理、文明生产管理制度”、“安全生产管理制度”，搞好文明生产、安全生产;

-Contribute
to a civilized and safe production environment by verifying that your
operations strictly comply with the mandatory
rules and regulations of the workshop management system;

-协助冲压主管做好模具备件及易耗品的管理，提供相应的信息并录入系统;

-Assist
the Press Team Leader in managing tooling spare parts and consumables, provide
related information and assume responsibility for making manual data entries
into the system;

-遵守公司各项EHS管理制度;

-Comply
with all regulations and directives in relation to the internal EHS
management system.

-接受领导临时工作安排，并且遵守设备操作流程，含叉车操作、天车操作等特种设备使用和操作

Accept the
leadership of the temporary work arrangements, and comply with the equipment
operating procedures, including forklift operation, overhead crane operation
and other special equipment use and operation.

岗位特性/ Nature of the Position:

1、岗位人对所有异常事件向冲压主管报告。

The Tooling Maintenance Technician is
obliged to immediately report abnormalities to the Press Team Leader.

2、岗位人愿意在企业必要的情况下，倒班工作。

If required by the company, the Tooling
Maintenance Technician must be willing to undertake shift work.

3、除了以上任务，岗位人员还有责任执行企业领导的指令完成其它的必要工作。

If
inquired by the superior manager, the Tooling Maintenance Technician is
obliged to execute other work assignments and orders.
