主要工作职/Main Responsibilities:

- 夹具日常的维护与点检 （Preventive
maintenance）

1.按照维护计划,定期对所有焊接夹具进行巡检、清洁、润滑和保养。

Carry
out regular inspections, cleaning, lubrication and maintenance of all welding
fixture in according with the maintenance plan.

2.检查并确认定位销、夹紧臂、气缸、传感器等原件元件的完好性。

Check
and confirm the integrity of the locating pin、 clamping arm 、cylinder、sensor and other
components.

3.识别潜在的故障隐患，并提前进行预防性维护，防止非计划性停机。

Identify
potential fault hazards and carry out preventive maintenance in advance to
prevent unplanned downtime.

- 故障诊断与应急维修 （Troubleshooting
& Repair）

1.快速响应生产线的设备故障报修，准确诊断问题根源（机械、气动、电气等）。

Quick respond to
equipment failure reports in the production line and accurately diagnose the
root cause of the problem, accurately identify the root cause of the problem.

2.高效执行修理或更换损坏的零件（如定位块、夹紧单元、、气缸、接头、传感器等）

Efficiently carry out repairs or
replacement of worn-out parts (Positioning block, clamping unit, cylinder
,connector ,sensor , etc.)

3.确保维修后的夹具快速恢复生产，并达到规定的技术标准和精度要求

Ensure that the fixture can be produced
quickly after maintenance, And meet the stipulated technical standards and
precision requirements.

- 文档记录与改进

1.详细记录每次维护、维修、校准的时间与内容，建立完整的夹具维修档案

Record in detail the time and content of
each maintenance repair and calibration, and establish a complete fixture maintenance
file

2.编写和更新夹具点检维护作业指导书。

Compile and update the work instruction
manual for fixture inspection and maintenance.

3.分析频繁发生的故障，提出夹具设计或使用流程上的改进建议，以提高可靠性和易维护性。

Analyze the frequently occurring faults,
Propose suggestions for improvements in the design or usage process of the
fixture to enhance reliability and ease of maintenance.

- 备件与工具管理（Spare parts & Tools management）

1.负责常用维修备件的申领、采购、使用和管理，确保关键备件充足，提出备件采购建议。

Responsible for the application,
procurement use and management of common, maintenance spare parts ,and
proposing suggestions for spare part purchases.

2.对于货期长，价值高的备件进行有效国产化替代。

Effectively implement the domestic
substitution of spare parts with long lead time and high value.

3.对报废零件进行定义评估，并重新采购新备件。

Define and evaluate the scraped parts and
re-purchase the spare parts.

- 团队协作与沟通（Teamwork &
Communication）

1.与夹具维修技术员、操作工、工程师等团队成员保持良好沟通，协同解决设备问题。

Maintain good communication with team
members such as fixture maintenance technicians, operation ,and engineers
,and work collaboratively to solve problem

2.与夹具设计，工艺工程师协作，参与新夹具的调试、验收以及旧夹具的改造项目。

Collaborate with the fixture design
engineer , participate in the commissioning ,acceptance of new fixture ,and
the renovation projects of old fixture.

2.向设备操作人员提供简单的操作和保养指导。

Pro simple operation and maintenance
instructions to the equipment personnel.

- - 安全与合规（Safety &
Compliance）

1.严格遵守公司所有的安全规章制度、操作规程和锁牌（LOTO）程序，确保维修作业零事故。

Strictly abide by all the safety
regulations and procedures operating procedures and lock-tagging procedures
of the company, to ensure zero accidents during maintenance operations

2.识别维修作业中的安全隐患，并及时上报。

Identify potential safety hazards in the
work and report them in a timely manner.

3.确保所有的维修活动符合质量体系和环保要求。

-接受领导临时工作安排，并且遵守设备操作流程，含叉车操作、天车操作等特种设备使用和操作。

Accept
the leadership of the temporary work arrangements, and comply with the
equipment operating procedures, including forklift operation, overhead crane
operation and other special equipment use and operation.

- 完成经理安排的其他工作；

- Other duties
assigned by manager;

岗位特性/
Nature of the Position:

1、 岗位人必须立即向部门经理报告所有非正常事件；

The Financial Supervisor is obliged to
immediately report abnormalities to the department manager;

2、
正常班工作, 可根据公司需要进行倒班工作；

Normal
shift, available for shift work according to company needs;

3、 严格遵守保密协议，并对其所知悉的保密内容负有保密责任和义务；

Strictly abide
by the confidentiality agreement and be responsible and liable for what they
know to be confidential;

4、
认真贯彻执行国家有关安全生产的政策、法律法规，把围绕安全生产所要做的主要工作列入本部门工作计划，并实施；

We will conscientiously implement the policy,
laws and regulations on safe production, and add the main involving items into
production departments plan and implement it;
