【岗位职责：】

- Perform a wide variety of tasks connected with maintenance and daily operations of a school media center, checking books in and out, shelving books, developing library displays, etc. 负责与学校媒体中心相关的维护和日常运营，负责书籍出库入库借阅，书籍上架整理等多方面的任务，负责提升图书馆展示等；

- Any other work that is necessary for maintaining the functions of the library,； 负责任何其他与图书馆所需要的相关的维护性/功能性的事务；

- Consistent with job description；符合岗位描述的工作内容。

【具体职能】

Assists students and faculty at the circulation desk;

在借书处协助学生及教员借阅图书；

Checks library materials out to faculty, parents and students;

为教员/家长/学生查询图书情况；

Follow-up on overdue and lost material to secure their return, or payment;

跟踪逾期和丢失的材料，确保其归还或付款；

Collect book fines for overdue, damaged, and lost books;

收取逾期、损坏、遗失图书的罚款；

Creates and updates patron records in the library automation system.

在图书馆系统中创建和更新图书借阅记录；

Assists teachers and students in locating library materials;

帮助教师和学生查找图书资料；

Assists students with research using the various databases, library catalog, etc.;

协助学生通过数据库/图书目录进行研究等；

Assists in supervision of students during library hours;

协助监督学生图书馆的时间；

Maintains order on the library shelves and conduct daily shelving of materials.

维护图书馆书架展示，图书上架；

Sort books, publications, and other items according to established

procedure when returning them to shelves, files, or other designated

storage areas. 整理书籍，把书籍/文件/材料等放回书架或者指定地方/存储区域

Deliver and retrieve items to and from departments.

向不同的部门提供或者交付物品；

Sets up and takes down displays based on proposed themes.

根据不同的主题目标设置和准备展示；

Assist with maintaining records of inventory, book counts, monthly reports,

audio-visual equipment, and supplies; uses basic cataloguing procedures and

rules for processing and filing. 协助维护库存记录，书籍数，月度报告，视听设备，和物资；使用基础的目录程序和规则处理和归档；

Finds basic information for processing of catalogued materials.

查找处理已编目材料的基本信息；

【岗位要求】

具备熟练的计算机（电脑）操作技能；

能够熟练地使用各类办公室软件；

了解图书管理技能和流程，较强的记录和归档能力；

了解基础搜查/调研方法，较强的报告编写技巧；

英语基础扎实；

接人待物耐心有礼貌；

了解相关的法律/规则；

较强的沟通表达能力

具备成本控制和预算经验及能力

待遇：固定的税前月薪，多样化的假期，不提供食、宿。
