三、Teaching Responsibilities教学责任
• Supports learning activities to reach the individual student’s ILP goals by following specified interventions.支持学习活动,通过指定的干预措施,达到学生个人的ILP 目标。
• Supports student with assigned tasks and class work, reinforcing concepts presented by the teacher, as determined through interventions outlined on the individual learning plan.协助学生完成指定的任务和课堂活动,以强化老师讲解的概念。

四、Communication有效沟通
• Communicates directly with the homeroom teacher(s) to whom they are assigned.直接向所分配的班主任老师(们)报告。
• May act as a translator when communicating with students and/or parents.在与学生或家长沟通时,充当翻译。
• Communication regarding the student’s performance is the responsibility of the homeroom teacher. The LA is not to report to parents how a child is performing at school, unless directed to by the homeroom teacher through a specific means (such as a data collection tool).Communication with the student’s parents must always be professional in manner and through school issued technology/email. All communication with the student’s parents should include the homeroom teacher.
