岗位职责:

根据公司EHS要求，负责汇报生产环境中的EHS事件，负责协助区域达成年度EHS目标。

1.合规：根据公司及合规要求，负责实施生产过程中的工作，确保产品生产质量符合要求。

2.日常操作职责：负责按照岗位培训计划，按时完成岗位培训。

负责根据生产计划，保质完成化学品分装和化学品包装任务；

负责处理生产线的生产异常，负责支持异常问题的调查及解决；

针对现场偏差及客户投诉，负责协助主管进行操作过程的调查及问题整改；

负责现场6s工作。

3.改进：通过日常工作识别改善机会并参与生产项目，从而持续改进生产操作系统及相关程序。

4.其他：其他由直线经理分配的工作。

EHS

Be responsible for reporting EHS events in the production place according to EHS requirements of Company, and assisting the DF to achieve the annual EHS Target.

1.Compliance:Be responsible for the implementation of the production process according to Company and compliance requirements, to ensure that the product quality meets the requirements.

2.Routine Operations:Be responsible for completing the job training on time according to the job training plan;

Be responsible for the completion of chemical filling and chemical packaging according to the production plan;

Be responsible for handling the abnormal production line, responsible for supporting the investigation and resolution of abnormal problems;

Assist supervisor to investigate and rectify the deviations and customer complaints on site;

Be responsible for 6s work on site.

3.Improvement:Identify optimization opportunities through daily operation and take part in project to continuous improvement quality operation system and procedures.

4.Others:Other duties assigned by line manager.

岗位能力素质要求：

1. 中专及以上。

2. 2年及以上化工或生命科学行业经验。

3. 态度端正，吃苦耐劳，能接受倒班。

4. 有较强的责任心和团队精神。

Qualification Requirement:

1. Associate degree or above.

2. 2 years or above experience in chemical or life science industry.

3. Good attitude, hard-working, can accept shift.

4. Strong sense of responsibility and team spirit.
