With the growth of our business, Our Ningbo Branch office is looking for the following position.

Quality Inspector ： 1 person

Requirements:

1. College degree minimum. 1 plus years’ working experience in Supplier Quality Engineering or Quality Assurance Management.

2. Majoy in Mechanic and Engineering or other engineering.

3. Demonstrated experience using word, Excel, and presentation software; experience in 3D software is a plus.

4. Ability to communicate using English in both oral and writing.

5. Be capable of traveling domestically and internationally

Job description:

1. Responsible for developing Quality Control plans / procedures working with Product Engineers / Suppliers /Customers in project development stage.

3. Responsible for implementing QC activities during the entire production processes, make sure the product quality is 100% compliant with MAT Quality Assurance.

4. Responsible for the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of process effectiveness and efficiency at the site.

5. Support continuous product and process improvement through detailed failure analysis and develops and implements effective and compliant solutions for product or process corrections.

6. Responsible for developing the plan and implementing the plan for the factory audit per the standard/protocol of major worldwide retailer stores, for example: The Home Depot, Lowe’s, Tractor Supplier, etc.

7. Support the sourcing group to find new factories and new products with the guide by the sourcing manager.

Salaries and Welfares:

1. 13 months’ Salary yearly, Monthly Salary negotiable.

2. 12% house funding, Maximum pension according to employees’ annual income.

3. Subsides, 500RMB/day travelling outside China.

4. Traffic Compensations, 500-700RMB/Month.

5. Annual leave with payment, 7 days minimum. One more
day after serving every one year.
