Job Responsibilities,
1. Acquire large customer resources and strategic clients in the logistics and FMCG sectors through various channels, develop new clients, and actively maintain customer relationships;
2. Conduct regular customer visits to establish and maintain good relationships, and deeply explore customer needs;
3. Conduct timely customer data analysis and formulate corresponding sales strategies;
Job Content,
1. Responsible for key objectives and plans within the logistics and FMCG functional areas;
2. Formulate, participate in, or assist in the implementation of relevant policies and systems by senior management;
3. Responsible for the sales operations of the organization, including planning, organization, schedule control, and review;
4. Set sales targets, sales strategies, sales budgets, and incentive plans;
5. Collect accounts receivable.
Job Requirements, Fluent in English both writen and speaking, with over 4 years of experience in the logistics and FMCG industry;
Age, Under 40; Shanghai household registration;
Education, Bachelor's degree.
Note, Having clients in hand is preferred。
Compensation: Base salary of 10,000-15,000 RMB, 13 months of salary, performance bonuses for meeting KPIs, and contracts signed with FSG.
